5. Prune: remove any entry whose score has dropped to -2 or below. Also remove obvious duplicates (keep the higher-scored one).

6. Write back only the ## Playbook section in CLAUDE.md. Do NOT modify anything above ## Playbook. Preserve the two comment lines at the top of the section.

• One line per entry, no blank lines between entries.
• Keep entries concise — aim for under 120 characters.
• Do not invent insights that aren't grounded in this conversation.
• If the conversation has nothing worth capturing, say so and make no changes.
• After updating, show a short summary: entries added, bumped, pruned.
